My name is Lena and this is my blog. You might know me as LGBTQBBQ on reddit. I frequent many beauty-related subreddits such as /r/MakeupAddiction, /r/MakeupRehab, /r/OliveMUA/, and /r/AsianBeauty
I'm a 25 year old living in the USA with a degree in Economics and a full-time job in a non-beauty industry. I enjoy discussing the forces that guide consumer and business decisions within the makeup industry, as well as current beauty norms, wisdoms, techniques, and products.
This blog is intended as a complement to my reddit presence and as a searchable resource, since most of my content is scattered throughout 4 years' worth of reddit comments. I hope that you find something useful in my blatherings about skincare, makeup, and beauty.
If you have any specific questions or ideas for posts, please let me know!

DeleteHi! I found your blog through the Olive subreddit. Your posts are so informative and interesting. I would love to see some color analysis-type posts, not necessarily focused on olive coloring, but cool vs. warm olive would be awesome. I'm still overly confused yet still intrigued by not only cool vs warm (telling the difference in makeup shades) but also bright v muted. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteClaire! For some reason I never got a notification for this comment. Thank you for your feedback and I am working on several undertone posts, and you KNOW I'll be dedicated lots of space to the olive question in particular. I will do my best to tackle this huge topic in a digestible way. Check back soon :)
